It is located in the municipality of Tarzo, a short distance from the Revine lakes. Several metres high and built entirely from branches and wood scraps recovered from the forests affected by Storm Vaia what hits Italy in 2018, the work represents the legendary lion of San Marco, symbol of Venice, but also of the rebirth and strength of the territory.

Perched on the shores of Lake Lago is the Parco del Livelet, an open-air museum that brings history to life with its reconstructed prehistoric pile-dwelling village.

100-day road to the San Boldo Pass

Between the Treviso and Belluno Pre-Alps, the San Boldo Pass is a masterpiece of military engineering created during the First World War. In 1918, a strategic link was built which, in just three months, made it possible for troops and artillery to pass through. This speed earned it the nickname “Road of 100 Days”.
Located at an altitude of about 700 metres, the pass stands out for its ingenious construction: five winding tunnels flanked by a series of spiral hairpin bends, carved directly into the rock to overcome a steep gradient. The average gradient is around 7-10%, with peaks of up to 12% in the most challenging sections.
Today, the 100 Days Road is a popular destination for motorcyclists, motorists, cyclists and history enthusiasts. It is a short but intense route (about 6-9 km), with thrilling bends and spectacular views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

In the Heart of the Rock: Discovering the Caglieron Caves

The Caglieron Caves are located in the municipality of Fregona, in the province of Treviso, in the Veneto region. It is a very evocative natural and artificial complex, located within a narrow gorge carved out by the Caglieron stream.

The route winds its way through natural caves, formed by water erosion on limestone rock, and artificial caves, dug out in past centuries for the extraction of sandstone, called “pietra dolza”, used for construction and decoration.

Along the trail, you can admire waterfalls, wooden bridges, moss-covered rock faces and small cavities that create a unique atmosphere. It is a place much appreciated for its natural beauty, but also for its historical and geological value.
